The Brian May Scholarship provides financial assistance to promising Australian film composers to study film scoring at a world leading education facility.

The Brian May Scholarship is administered by the Trustees of the Brian May Trust.

**Congratulations Nicole Brady**

Nicole Brady has been awarded the Brian May Scholarship for the 2010 and 2011 academic years. Her studies will commence at NYU Steinhardt in the fall semester 2010 and the Trustees wish her every success in her studies and career.

This years applicants were highly regarded by the NYU Steinhardt faculty and are wished success in their endeavours by the Trustees.

SCHOLARSHIP REVIEW

Following concerns about the original program, which commenced in 2003 - 2004, the Trustees have now finalised a complete review of the Brian May Scholarship and have decided that it will be offered for the 2010 - 2011 academic years for a two year Master of Music Degree in Scoring for Film and Multimedia at NYU Steinhardt.
